摘要
泉州市旅游外宣英译方面存在人才缺口较大、译文质量参差不齐和宏观筹划不足等问题。结合西方修辞学的相关理论和策略,提出拓宽翻译人才渠道、提升外宣队伍整体素质,掌握修辞技巧应用,提升外宣修辞效果以及加强外宣窗口建设,树立旅游品牌形象等策略,以助推泉州市国际影响力的提升。
Several problems were found in the international communication translation of Quanzhou City tourism such as translation talents shortage,translation works of varied quality and inadequate macroscopic planning.It was proposed that channels for translation talents employment be broadedned to enhance translators’overall quality,techniques of rhetoric application be mastered to upgrade communication effects,and communication platform construction be strengthened to build branded tourism images so as to promote the international influence of Quanzhou City tourism.
