摘要
针对泉州市高职院校现有的校企合作人才培养机制普遍存在校企合作紧密度不高、人才培养难以满足产业需求、尚未建立有效的校企合作信息共享机制、实训基地服务能力有待加强、“双师型”教师队伍建设滞后等问题,把握泉州市创建国家产教融合型试点城市的契机,完善校企合作人才培养模式,建立符合社会需求人才培养机制。研究表明:在新的机遇下,高职院校应建立政行企校协同育人模式、健全以需求为导向的人才培养动态调整机制、建立有效的校企合作信息共享机制、建设共享型校企合作实训基地、打造“双师型”教师队伍。
There are many problems in the current college-enterprise cooperation modes of talents development in our country,such as the low degree of college-enterprise cooperation,the difficulty in meeting industrial needs,the lack of effective information sharing mechanisms,the service ability of the practice&training bases to be strengthened,and the lag of the construction of“double-qualified”teachers.A talents-development mechanism in line with social needs can be built and promoted with the improvement of college-industry cooperation modes in the course of making Quanzhou City into a pilot city of integration of industry and education.Vocational colleges should establish modes of government-industry-enterprise-college collaborative education,perfect the demand-oriented dynamic adjustment mechanism of talents development,establish effective college-enterprise cooperation information sharing mechanisms,build shared school-enterprise cooperation practice&training bases,and build“double-qualified”teacher teams.
