Research on Image Edge Detection Based on Genetic Algorithm

提出一种基于遗传算法的图像边缘检测方法——GA算法,目的是提高图像有效信息边缘检测提取.GA算法在图像内部像素点和图像内部局部信息关系的基础上,将图像有效信息边缘提取转化成一种优化问题,再采用遗传算法对这种问题求解,获得图像有效的边缘信息.MATLAB实验仿真结果表明,相对于传统的边缘检测算法检测边缘,GA算法不仅克服了传统算法缺陷,提高了图像边缘的边界连续性,且抗干扰能力更好,图像视觉效果更好.

A study on image edge detection is proposed to improve effective information.The algorithm first combines the pixel points and the local information relationship within the image.Then,the extraction of effective information edges on the image is transformed into an optimization problem.Finally,the genetic algorithm is used to solve this problem and obtain the effective edge information of the image.The MATLAB experimental simulation results show that compared with the traditional edge detection algorithm,the genetic algorithm not only improves the defects of the traditional algorithm,improves the boundary continuity of the image edge,better anti-interference ability,and better image visual effect.
