摘要
以18名健康男性受试者为研究对象,观察耐力训练过程中摄入绿茶提取物(green tea extract,GTE)对人体底物代谢的影响.实验结果表明:受试者耐力训练过程中摄入GTE,碳水化合物(carbohy⁃drate,CHO)氧化率下降,组脂肪氧化率上升,呼吸交换率(respiratory exchange ratio,RER)下降趋势明显,血乳酸浓度和血浆葡萄糖浓度基本不变,血清游离脂肪酸呈增高趋势.习惯性地摄入GTE并结合中等强度有氧训练,有利于促进人体底物代谢尤其是全身脂肪的利用率.
To investigate the effects of green tea extract(GTE)intake on human substrate metabolism during endurance training in 18 healthy male subjects.The experimental results show that:In the course of endurance training,carbohydrate(CHO)oxidation rate decreases,fat oxidation rate increases,respiratory exchange ratio(RER)decreases obviously,blood lactate concentration and plasma glucose concentration are basically unchanged.Serum free fatty acids showed an increasing trend.Habitual intake of GTE,combined with moderate intensity aerobic training is beneficial to promote the metabolism of human substrate,especially the utilization of body fat.
