主跨85m连续窄幅钢箱组合梁设计思路

摘要 窄幅钢箱组合梁具有制造方便、运输方便、安装方便、受力合理等诸多优点,但在国内应用很少。结合柯诸高速跨兰店快速路桥梁工程,全面介绍了(50+85+50)m窄幅钢箱组合梁的设计思路、主梁相关构造、钢混组合桥面板的设计及结构验算,结果表明结构安全,值得推广,提出的调整施工工序法是一种简便有效的控制大跨连续钢混组合梁负弯矩区桥面板开裂的施工方法。 Narrow steel box composite beams have many advantages,such as convenient manufacturing,convenient transportation,convenient installation,reasonable stress and etc.,but they are rarely used in China.In combination with the bridge project of Kezhu expressway crossing Landian freeway,the design idea of(50+85+50)m narrow steel box composite beam,the relevant structures of the main beam,the design and structural checking calculation of the steel-concrete composite bridge deck are comprehensively introduced.The results show that the structure is safe and worthy of promotion;the method of adjusting the construction procedure is a simple and effective construction method to control the crack of bridge deck in the negative moment area of long-span continuous steel-concrete composite beams.
