摘要
报道1例确诊的甲基丙二酸血症(methylmalonic acidemia,MMA)合并同型半胱氨酸血症患者MRI表现。颅脑MRI示脑室扩大,脑沟加深,双侧尾状核头T_(1)WI低信号、T_(2)WI高信号,DWI高信号,ADC低信号,平均ADC值为0.52×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s。
We report the MRI presentation of a patient with confirmed methylmalonic acidemia(MMA)combined with homocysteinemia.The cranial MRI showed enlarged ventricles,deepened sulci,T_(1)WI low signal and T_(2)WI high signal in the head of the caudate nucleus bilaterally,DWI high signal,ADC low signal,and a mean ADC value of 0.52×10^(-3)mm^(2)/s.
