摘要
目的探究幽门螺杆菌感染对患儿营养和代谢的影响。方法选择90例幽门螺杆菌感染患儿,分为Ⅰ型幽门螺杆菌(n=28)、中间型幽门螺杆菌(n=37)、Ⅱ型幽门螺杆菌(n=25),同时选择同期的健康患儿90例作为对照组。对比分析两组营养状况、生长发育指标、肠道菌群代谢能力和代谢综合征检出率。结果观察组Hb、Alb、BUN、Fer、锌离子、乙酸水平均显著低于对照组,生长发育迟缓率、消瘦率、低体质量率、代谢综合征检出率以及异戊酸、戊酸、丙酸、异丁酸、丁酸水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论幽门螺杆菌感染对患儿的营养和代谢影响显著,且幽门螺杆菌分型对各指标表达的影响较大,因此应及时给与幽门螺杆菌感染患儿有效治疗。
Objective To explore the effects of Helicobacter pylori infection on nutrition and metabolism in children.Methods Ninety children with helicobacter pylori infection were divided into type Ⅰ(n=28),intermediate(n=37) and type II(n=25),and the control group included 90 children.N utritional status,growth and development indicators,metabolic capacity of intestinal flora and detection rate of metabolic syndrome were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The levels of BUN,Fer,acetic acid,Zinc ion,Alb and Hb in observation group were lower than those in control group.The detection rate of metabolic syndrome,low body weight rate,growth retardation rate,wasting rate and the levels of isovalerate,valerate,propionate,isobutyrate and butyrate in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the detection indexes of helicobacter pylori type Ⅰ patients in the observation group compared with those in the intermediate type and type Ⅱ patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Helicobacter pylori infection has a significant impact on the nutrition and metabolism of children,and helicobacter pylori typing also has a great impact on the expression of various indicators,so it is necessary to give effective treatment to helicobacter pylori infection in time.
