疝环填充式无张力疝修补术在腹股沟疝治疗中应用价值及安全性分析

Application Value and Safety Analysis of Mesh Plug Tension-Free Hernioplasty in the Treatment of Inguinal Hernia

目的分析研究罹患腹股沟疝患者治疗工作中采取疝环填充式无张力疝修补术的应用价值及安全性。方法将本院2018年7月至2021年7月接受治疗的150例腹股沟疝患者作为探究对象,以随机综合平衡法分为对照组(75例)、观察组(75例)。对照组患者实施常规治疗,观察组患者应用疝环填充式无张力疝修补术,比较治疗效果、并发症发生率、各项临床指标、生活质量。结果观察组患者和对照组患者的治疗有效率97.33%、86.67%对比差异显著,P<0.05。观察组患者和对照组患者的并发症发生率2.67%、13.33%对比差异显著,P<0.05。观察组患者和对照组患者的各项临床指标对比差异显著,P<0.05。观察组患者干预前和对照组患者干预前生活质量对比无统计学差异,P>0.05;观察组患者干预后和对照组患者干预后生活质量对比差异显著,P<0.05。结论在腹股沟疝患者治疗期间,通过予以疝环填充式无张力疝修补术,并发症减少,手术时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均缩短,疗效确切,在临床中具有借鉴及应用推广价值。

Objective To analyze the application value and safety of tension-free hernioplasty with mesh plug in the treatment of patients with inguinal hernia.Methods 150 patients with inguinal hernia who were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2021 were investigated,and randomly divided into control group(75 cases)and observation group(75 cases)by comprehensive balance method.The patients in the control group received routine treatment,while the patients in the observation group received tension-free hernia repair with hernia ring filling.The treatment effect,complication rate,clinical indicators and quality of life were compared.Results The effective rates of 97.33%and 86.67%in the observation group and the control group were significantly different(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group and the control group was 2.67%and 13.33%,respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the patients in the observation group and the patients in the control group in various clinical indicators(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the quality of life between the patients in the observation group and the patients in the control group before the intervention,P>0.05;There was a significant difference in the quality of life between the patients in the observation group and the patients in the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients with inguinal hernia,the tension-free hernioplasty with hernia ring filling can reduce the complications,shorten the operation time,the time of getting out of bed and the hospital stay,and has a definite effect.It has reference and application value in clinical practice.
