摘要
随着中国经济的发展,石油天然气等能源利用率不断提高,长输管道工程建设也得到了迅猛发展。大口径、高压力、高钢级输油管道和输气管道等焊接技术,在安全、环保、完整性管理等高要求下不断被设计、施工、管理等各方广泛重视。焊接作为长输管道建设的关键技术,直接影响到长输管道的工程质量、施工效率、施工成本以及长输管道运行期间的安全性、可靠性和经济性。针对长输管道工程建设过程中环焊缝焊接的特点,列举了中国长输管道建设过程中已经得到成功应用的焊接技术,并结合国家石油天然气管网集团有限公司的成立对管道建设的影响,对未来一定时期内管道焊接技术使用和发展前景作出展望。
With the national economic development,oil and natural gas energy,such as long distance pipeline engineering construction has been rapid development,large diameter,high pressure,high grade oil pipeline and gas transmission pipeline welding technology,under the request of safety,environmental protection,high integrity management has been widely weight of design,construction,management,etc.As a key technology of long-distance pipeline construction,welding directly affects the quality,efficiency and cost of long-distance pipeline construction,as well as the safety,reliability and economy of longdistance pipeline during operation.For long-distance pipeline engineering construction process,central,the characteristics of the welding seam welding,enumerates the long-distance pipeline construction in China has been successfully applied in the process of welding technology,and combined with the establishment of National Oil and Gas Pipeline Group Co.,Ltd.of the influence of pipeline construction,pipeline welding technology used in certain period of time in the future and the development prospects are predicted.
