摘要
离心式压缩机在石油和化工领域等企业应用比较广泛,属于装置运行的关键设备之一,因此离心式压缩机的安全运行显得尤为重要。压缩机停车过程出现反转会对机组造成损坏,成为制约企业长周期、稳定、经济运行的短板。进一步加强丙烯压缩机组停车过程反转的重视,把解决丙烯压缩机组停车过程反转工况作为攻关解决的课题快速推进,通过深入研究分析压缩机设备结构工艺管线布局,从科学实际的角度出发,根据具体情况,具体分析,切实查明原因通过优化工艺流程技术改造,从根本上消除丙烯压缩机组停车过程中的反转现象,提高“大机组”实际运行保障率。
Centrifugal compressor is widely used in petroleum and chemical industry and other enterprises,which is one of the key equipment for device operation.Therefore,the safe operation of centrifugal compressor is particularly important.Compressor shutdown process reverse transfer caused damage to the unit,has become a restriction enterprise long cycle,stable,economic operation of the short board,further strengthen the attention of propylene compressor unit shutdown process reversal.To solve the problem of reversing the working condition in the stopping process of the propylene compressor unit as a public relations problem to be quickly promoted.Through in-depth research and analysis,the compressor equipment structure process pipeline layout,from the perspective of scientific practice,according to the specific circumstances,specific analysis,to find out the reason by optimizing process technology reform,fundamentally eliminate the propylene compressor reversal phenomenon in the process of parking,improve the security of"big unit"actual operation.
