摘要
文章采用了平推流管式反应器使反应物对苯二甲醚在反应器内成膜状流动,从而进行连续氯化反应。考察各反应因素,得出此反应器得到的最佳反应条件为:醚流量F_(醚)=10 mL/min,氯气流量F_(Cl_2)200 mL/min,空气流量F_(空)=7500 mL/min,反应温度T_(反应)=60℃。得到相对较好的原料转化率及产物选择率,成功实现了氯化的连续化反应。
In this paper,a horizontal push-low tubular reactor was used to make reactants p-dimethyl ether flow in the reactor as a film,so as to carry out continuous chlorination reaction.The reaction factors were investigated and the optimal reaction conditions were obtained:Ether flow F_(ether) 2 s 10 mL/min,chlorine flow F_(Cl_(2)) is 2200 mL/min,air flow F_(empty) is 7500 mL/min,reaction temperature T_(reaction) is 60℃.Relatively good raw material conversion rate and product selectivity were obtained,and the continuous chlorination reaction was successfully realized.
