摘要
某火电厂660 MW超超临界机组原协调控制系统投入时,存在主蒸汽压力、主蒸汽温度、炉膛压力等关键参数波动大等问题。对机组的自动发电控制(AGC)及一次调频控制、锅炉主控、汽轮机主控、自适应变负荷前馈、燃料控制、风烟控制、汽温控制等关键系统进行全面优化,优化后机组投入AGC。实际运行数据表明:优化后的协调控制系统具有调节响应速度快、负荷动态偏差小,以及主蒸汽压力、主蒸汽温度、炉膛压力等关键参数波动小等特点,机组可以安全稳定运行。
For a 660 MW ultra supercritical unit in a thermal power,the large fluctuation of following key parameters had an influence on the unit when the existing coordinated control system in operation,such as the main steam pressure,the main steam temperature,the furnace pressure,etc.To solve the problem,a comprehensive optimization was conducted on the key loops of the unit,including the auto generation control(AGC),the primary frequency control,the boiler master control,the turbine master control,the adaptive variable load feedforward,the fuel control,the air and flue gas control,and the steam temperature control,while the AGC of the unit was put into operation after the optimization.Actual operation data show that the optimized coordinated control system has the advantages of the fast regulation response speed,the small load dynamic deviation,the small fluctuation of the main steam pressure,the main steam temperature,the furnace pressure and other key parameters,which can satisfy the safety and stability of the unit operation.
