摘要
实践教学是提升人才培养质量的重要教学方式,是增强学生创新能力的知识转化路径。基于“敬劳动”“会劳动”“爱劳动”的劳动教育背景,可以着力从立足创新教育,打造“三全育人”人才培养方案;构建“一主线、两平台、三层次”的实践教学体系;构建多元协同的实践能力培养途径;完善机制,构建实践教学质量保障体系等方面构建实践教学创新人才培养体系。实现“劳动”育人与“校企”协同育人相结合,并贯穿人才培养“实验、实习、工程设计”等实践创新环节全过程,进一步增强学生工程创新实践能力。
Practical teaching is an important teaching method to improve the quality of talent training,as well as a transformation path of knowledge to enhance students’innovative ability.Based on the labor education background of“respecting labor”,“being able to work”and“loving labor”,the training System of innovative talents can be constructed in practice teaching involving the following aspects:constructing a talent development scheme involving“Three-Aspect Education”based on innovative education,building a practice teaching system characterized by“one main line,two platforms and three layers”,constructing a multi-collaborative approach for cultivating practical ability,and constructing a practical teaching quality assurance system with improved mechanism.For enhancing students’engineering innovation and practical ability,“labor”education and“school-enterprise”collaborative education should go together and run through the whole process of practical innovation links such as“experimentation,internship,engineering design”of talent training.
