交易费用视域下平台经济创新与监管研究

On Innovating and Supervising Platform Economy in the View of Transaction Cost

“互联网+”是我国经济高质量发展的重要商业模式之一,平台经济是其中最活跃的因素。随着平台公司壮大后所形成巨量资本的野蛮扩张,又会给监管带来挑战。从交易费用视角出发,分析平台经济产生原因和创新规律,昭示平台经济创新风险问题,建立对平台经济创新的有效监管策略。

“Internet plus”is one of the most important business models for high-quality economic development in China,and platform economy is the most active factor.However,with the savage expansion of the huge amount of capital formed after the growth of platform companies,great challenges have been brought to the supervision.This paper,from the perspective of transaction costs,analyzes the causes of platform economy and the law of innovation and development,then discusses the risk of platform economy innovation and development,and fi nally puts forward some suggestions for eff ectively supervising platform economy innovation.
