摘要
目的 研究微生物检验对肺部曲霉菌感染的临床价值。方法 回顾性分析158例疑似肺部曲霉菌感染患者的临床资料,所有研究对象均采集痰液标本进行微生物检验,并且将微生物检验结果和最终确诊结果进行比较,分析微生物检验在肺部曲霉菌感染诊断中的应用价值。结果 158例疑似肺部曲霉菌感染患者中最终确诊肺部曲霉菌感染152例,微生物检验检出肺部曲霉菌感染148例。微生物检验肺部曲霉菌感染检出结果与最终确诊结果对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。微生物检验肺部曲霉菌感染的阳性预测值、阴性预测值、敏感度、特异度、准确度、约登指数、误诊率、漏诊率分别为99.32%、50.00%、96.71%、83.33%、96.20%、0.80、16.67%、3.29%。结论 将微生物检验应用在肺部曲霉菌感染诊断中具有较高的应用价值,其敏感度、特异度和准确度能满足临床诊断的要求,值得推荐。
Objective To study the clinical diagnostic value of microbiological test for pulmonary aspergillus infection.Methods The clinical data of 158 patients with suspected pulmonary aspergillus infection were retrospectively analyzed,and sputum specimens were collected from all study subjects for microbiological test,and the results of microbiological test were compared with the final diagnosis to analyze the value of microbiological test in the diagnosis of pulmonary aspergillus infection.Results Of the 158 patients with suspected pulmonary aspergillus infection,152 cases were finally diagnosed with pulmonary aspergillus infection,of which 148 case of pulmonary aspergillus infection were detected by microbiological tests.There was no statistically significant difference between the detection results of microbiological test and the confirmed results(P>0.05).The positive predictive value,negative predictive value,sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,Youden index,misdiagnosis rate,and missed diagnosis rate of microbiological testing for pulmonary aspergillus infection were 99.32%,50.00%,96.71%,83.33%,96.20%,0.80,16.67%,and 3.29%.Conclusion The application of microbiological test has high application value in the diagnosis of pulmonary aspergillus infection,and its sensitivity,specificity and accuracy can meet the requirements of clinical diagnosis,which is worthy of recommendation.
