吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效观察

Observation of clinical efficacy of indapamide combined with amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease

目的 研究吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法 98例高血压合并冠心病患者,通过双盲选法将其分为常规组和联合组,每组49例。常规组仅给予氨氯地平治疗,联合组给予吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的血压水平,治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗前,两组患者的舒张压、收缩压比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组患者的舒张压(86.67±13.02)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、收缩压(119.92±19.78)mm Hg低于常规组的(95.62±13.39)、(129.97±21.17)mm Hg,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规组治疗期间发生疼痛3例,水肿2例,不良反应发生率为10.20%;联合组治疗期间发生疼痛2例,水肿1例,不良反应发生率为6.12%。两组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 高血压合并冠心病患者在氨氯地平基础上联合吲达帕胺进行治疗,能够进一步改善患者的血压水平,且治疗安全性不受影响,建议积极推广。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of indapamide combined with amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 98 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were divided into conventional group and combined group by doubleblind selection,with 49 cases in each group.The conventional group was only treated with amlodipine,and the combined group was treated with indapamide combined with amlodipine.The blood pressure levels before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure(86.67±13.02)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and systolic blood pressure(119.92±19.78)mm Hg in the combined group were lower than(95.62±13.39)and(129.97±21.17)mm Hg in the conventional group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).In the conventional group,3 cases of pain and 2 cases of edema occurred during treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.20%;in the combined group,2 cases of pain and 1 case of edema occurred during the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.12%.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease,amlodipine combined with indapamide can further improve the blood pressure level of patients,and the safety of treatment is not affected,which is recommended to be actively promoted.
