地屈孕酮联合散结镇痛胶囊用于子宫内膜异位症手术治疗患者中的疗效

Efficacy of dydrogesterone combined with Sanjie Zhentong capsule for patients after endometriosis surgery

目的 分析地屈孕酮联合散结镇痛胶囊用于子宫内膜异位症手术治疗患者中的临床效果。方法 76例子宫内膜异位症手术治疗患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。对照组患者术后应用地屈孕酮治疗,观察组患者术后应用地屈孕酮联合散结镇痛胶囊治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后血清性激素指标[雌二醇(E_(2))、促卵泡激素(FSH)以及黄体生成素(LH)],有意向妊娠患者妊娠率。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.37%,显著高于对照组的84.21%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者E_(2)、FSH、LH水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的E_(2)、FSH、LH分别为(73.16±11.18)pg/ml、(3.80±2.16)U/L、(4.16±1.20)U/L,均低于对照组的(89.95±13.62)pg/ml、(5.61±2.75)U/L、(5.62±1.41)U/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访12个月,观察组有意向妊娠患者的妊娠率为93.75%(30/32),高于对照组的58.06%(18/31),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 子宫内膜异位症患者术后应用地屈孕酮联合散结镇痛胶囊治疗可获得满意疗效,有利于改善血清性激素水平,并提升妊娠率。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of dydrogesterone combined with Sanjie Zhentong capsule for patients after endometriosis surgery.Methods A total of 76 patients after endometriosis surgery were divided into observation group and control group by random numerical table,with 38 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with dydrogesterone after surgery,and patients in the observation group were treated with dydrogesterone combined with Sanjie Zhentong capsules after surgery.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,serum sex hormone indexes[estradiol(E_(2)),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),and luteinizing hormone(LH)]before and after treatment,and pregnancy rate of patients with intended pregnancy.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.37%,which was significantly higher than 84.21%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of E_(2),FSH and LH between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the E_(2),FSH and LH of the observation group were(73.16±11.18)pg/ml,(3.80±2.16)U/L and(4.16±1.20)U/L,which were lower than(89.95±13.62)pg/ml,(5.61±2.75)U/L and(5.62±1.41)U/L of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).During the 12-month follow-up,the pregnancy rate of patients with intended pregnancy in the observation group was 93.75%(30/32),which was higher than 58.06%(18/31)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients after endometriosis surgery,the combined use of dydrogesterone and Sanjie Zhentong capsule can obtain satisfactory efficacy,which is beneficial to improve the level of serum sex hormones and enhance pregnancy rate.
