养血固肾汤治疗髋部骨折术后肾虚型骨质疏松的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of Yangxue Gushen Decoction on kidney deficiency-induced osteoporosis after hip fracture surgery

目的 分析养血固肾汤治疗髋部骨折术后肾虚型骨质疏松的疗效。方法 218例髋部骨折术后肾虚型骨质疏松患者,按治疗差异分为参照组和研究组,各109例。参照组患者采用常规西医治疗,研究组患者在参照组基础上采用养血固肾汤治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果,治疗后骨密度、碱性磷酸酶、钙、磷水平及症状积分,药物不良反应发生率。结果 研究组患者治疗总有效率95.41%显著高于参照组的88.07%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者骨密度、碱性磷酸酶、钙、磷值分别为(0.93±0.12)g/cm^(2)、(65.42±6.31)U/L、(2.47±0.44)mmol/L、(1.37±0.25)mmol/L,均高于参照组的(0.85±0.15)g/cm^(2)、(56.42±7.11)U/L、(2.07±0.16)mmol/L、(1.11±0.32)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者腰膝疲软、畏寒肢冷积分分别为(1.65±0.34)、(2.01±0.24)分,均低于参照组的(1.89±0.49)、(2.24±0.39)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组头晕、头痛、腹痛、腹泻发生率分别为0.92%、0、0、0,均显著低于参照组的6.42%、5.50%、4.59%、4.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 养血固肾汤治疗髋部骨折术后肾虚型骨质疏松患者可取得理想效果,可有效改善患者临床症状、骨密度值及微量元素,且安全性高,值得临床应用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of Yangxue Gushen Decoction on kidney deficiencyinduced osteoporosis after hip fracture surgery.Methods A total of 218 patients with kidney deficiencyinduced osteoporosis after hip fracture surgery were divided into reference group and research group according to the difference of treatment,with 109 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group were treated with conventional western medicine,and patients in the research group were treated with Yangxue Gushen Decoction on the basis of the reference group.The therapeutic effect,bone mineral density,alkaline phosphatase,calcium,phosphorus,symptom score after treatment,and incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 95.41%,which was significantly higher than 88.07%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the bone mineral density,alkaline phosphatase,calcium and phosphorus of the research group were(0.93±0.12)g/cm^(2),(65.42±6.31)U/L,(2.47±0.44)mmol/L and(1.37±0.25)mmol/L,which were higher than(0.85±0.15)g/cm^(2),(56.42±7.11)U/L,(2.07±0.16)mmol/L and(1.11±0.32)mmol/L of the reference group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of waist and knee weakness and intolerance to cold and cold limbs in the research group were(1.65±0.34)and(2.01±0.24)points,which were lower than(1.89±0.49)and(2.24±0.39)points in the reference group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of dizziness,headache,abdominal pain,and diarrhea in the research group were 0.92%,0,0,and 0,which were significantly lower than 6.42%,5.50%,4.59%,and 4.59%in the reference group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangxue Gushen Decoction can achieve ideal effects for patients with kidney deficiency-induced osteoporosis after hip fracture surgery.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,bone mineral density and trace elements of patients,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
