从“正虚邪实”角度浅析肺癌化疗耐药的形成

肺癌是全球范围内发病率、死亡率居首位的恶性肿瘤,虽然靶向药物以及免疫检查点抑制剂在临床得到了广泛的应用,患者的临床获益率较前增多,生存期较前延长,但化疗仍是肺癌治疗的基石,铂耐药是肺癌化疗疗效难以进一步提高的瓶颈,中医药在逆转肺癌多药耐药方面扮演了重要的角色,通过多层次、多靶点发挥作用,本文从正虚邪实的角度浅析肺癌耐药的形成以及扶正类中药逆转肺癌多药耐药的研究。

Lung cancer is the top malignant tumor in terms of morbidity and mortality worldwide.Although targeted drugs as well as immune checkpoint inhibitors have been widely used in clinical practice,the clinical benefit rate of patients has increased and the survival period has been prolonged compared to the previous ones.However,chemotherapy is still the cornerstone of lung cancer treatment,and platinum resistance is the bottleneck that makes it difficult to further improve the efficacy of lung cancer chemotherapy.Chinese medicine plays an important role in reversing multidrug resistance in lung cancer,acting through multi-level and multitarget.This paper analyzes the formation of drug resistance in lung cancer and the research on the reversal of multidrug resistance of lung cancer by traditional Chinese medicines from the perspective of right vacuity and evil repletion.
