机器视觉在皮革收缩温度测定仪中位移测量的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 在检测皮革材料所具有的收缩温度时,需要在加热过程中通过实时测量试样长度的形变量来判定是否收缩,并以此得到收缩时对应的温度。针对皮革收缩温度测定仪中一直存在的无法精确测量皮样收缩形变的微小位移的技术难题,以树莓派Raspberry Pi-4B嵌入式平台为图像处理器,基于跨平台C++图形用户界面开发框架Qt,调用OpenCV图像处理函数库,结合光路设计实现皮样微小位移的非接触式高精度测量系统。该系统不但将检测精度提高到0.01 mm,而且实现了3 g恒张力的检测条件,并将整个检测过程的数据实时地以曲线、图形和关键数据等形式显示在友好的人机界面上,为专业分析研究提供了强有力的技术支持,且系统运行稳定可靠。 When detecting the shrinkage temperature of the leather material,it is necessary to measure the deformation of the sample length in real-time during the heating process to determine whether it shrinks and then obtain the corresponding temperature during shrinkage.The leather shrinkage temperature measuring instrument cannot accurately measure the tiny displacement of the shrinkage deformation of the leather sample.With the Raspberry Pi-4B embedded platform as the image processor,based on the cross-platform C++graphical user interface development framework Qt,calling the OpenCV image processing function library,and combined with the optical path design to achieve a non-contact high-precision measurement system for the tiny displacement of the leather sample has been developed.The system not only improves the detection accuracy to 0.01 mm,but also realizes the detection condition of 3 g constant tension and displays the data of the whole detection process on the friendly man-machine interface in the form of curves,graphs,and key data in real-time,it provides strong technical support for professional analysis and research,and the system operates stably and reliably.
