婴幼儿下呼吸道感染无创吸痰技术治疗效果的研究

Comparison of non-invasive suction technique and non-invasive suction effect on lower respiratory tract infection in infants

目的:探讨无创吸痰技术对婴幼儿下呼吸道感染的治疗效果。方法:选取医院收治的70例下呼吸道感染婴幼儿患儿,随机分为研究组(40例,使用无创吸痰技术)和对照组(30例,使用传统非无创插管吸痰技术)。分析对比两组患儿治疗效果。结果:研究组患儿及其家属依从率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);患儿临床症状消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);吸痰效果、炎症因子改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);呼吸道黏膜损伤等并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无创吸痰技术治疗效果显著优于传统非无创吸痰技术。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of non-invasive sputum aspiration technique on lower respiratory tract infection in infants.Methods:A total of 70 infants and children with lower respiratory tract infection admitted to Hospital were selected and randomly divided into the study group(40 cases,using non-invasive sputum aspiration technique)and the control group(30 cases,using traditional non-invasive intubation sputum aspiration technique).To analyze and compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The compliance rate of children and their families in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effect of sputum aspiration and the improvement of inflammatory factors were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of respiratory mucosal injury and other complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of non-invasive sputum aspiration technique is significantly better than that of traditional non-invasive sputum aspiration technique.
