小切口复位经皮钢板内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折效果观察

摘要 目的:探讨胫腓骨骨折患者应用小切口复位经皮钢板内固定术治疗的临床效果。方法:抽取收治的胫腓骨骨折患者80例为研究对象,40例行切开复位钢板内固定术治疗者作为对照组,40例行小切口复位经皮钢板内固定术治疗者作为实验组,观察两组患者术中出血量、手术时间及术后并发症发生情况,比较两组恢复时间及关节活动度改善情况。结果:关于手术指标,实验组患者术中出血量、手术时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05);关于术后恢复时间,实验组骨痂形成时间、骨折愈合时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);关于术后1年关节活动度,实验组患者膝关节屈曲度、后伸度及踝关节跖屈度、背伸度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对胫腓骨骨折患者,予以小切口复位经皮钢板内固定术治疗,可促进骨折端愈合,改善关节活动度,且该术式出血少、耗时短、并发症少,值得临床应用。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of percutaneous fixation in tibial fibula fracture.Methods:80 patients in hospital were selected,40 receiving routine open reduction plate internal fixation therapy as a control group,and 40 receiving routine small incision reduction percutaneous plate internal fixation treatment as experimental group,intraoperative bleeding,operation time and postoperative complications were observed,and the recovery time and joint mobility between the two groups were compared.Results:on surgical index,the intraoperative bleeding volume in the experimental group,operation time was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05);regarding the postoperative recovery time,The time of scab formation,fracture healing time were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);on joint mobility at 1 year after surgery,Knee flexion,posterior extension and ankle plantar flexion,back extension were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with tibia and fibula fracture,small incision reduction can promote fracture end healing and improve joint mobility,wi th less bleeding,less time and fewer complications.
