心理分析及综合护理对酒精肝患者的临床应用效果

Clinical effects of psychological analysis and comprehensive nursing on patients with alcoholic liver

目的:分析酒精肝患者的心理特点,探讨综合心理护理对酒精肝患者心理状态及治疗依从性的影响。方法:对医院收治的66例酒精肝患者进行分析,通过护理方法不同将其分为两组,对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用综合心理护理干预,分析两组依从性与心理状态情况。结果:实验组患者治疗依从性高于对照组,且负性情绪、正性情绪及心理状态评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于酒精肝患者,全面的心理护理可以改善其心理状态,增加患者的临床治疗依从性。

Objective:To analyze the psychological characteristics of patients with alcoholic liver disease and explore the influence of comprehensive psychological nursing on the psychological status and treatment compliance of patients with alcoholic liver disease.Methods:66 patients with alcoholic liver disease admitted in hospital.They were divided into two groups by different nursing methods.Routine nursing and comprehensive psychological nursing intervention were used respectively to analyze the compliance and psychological status of the two groups.Results:The compliance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of negative emotion,positive emotion and psychological state were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with alcoholic liver disease,comprehensive psychological care can improve their psychological state and increase their clinical dependence.
