康复护理对脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤的应用价值及满意度分析

Application value and the satisfaction analysis of rehabilitation nursing for spinal fracture with spinal cord injury

目的:探讨脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者术后应用康复护理的应用效果,评估患者的满意度。方法:选取医院收治伴有脊髓损伤的脊柱骨折病例70例,均分为两组,对照组患者术后开展常规护理,观察组患者术后开展康复护理,评估对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者护理后的轻触觉、针刺觉与运动觉评分均高于对照组,观察组患者的SAS评分与SDS评分低于对照组,观察组患者的SF-36评分与护理满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者术后接受康复护理,可促进患者肢体功能早日康复,获得满意的护理评价。

Objective:This paper analyzed the application effect of postoperative rehabilitation nursing in patients with spinal fracture complicated with spinal cord injury and evaluated the satisfaction of patients.Methods:Spinal fracture cases with spinal cord injury admitted to hospital were selected,and the 70 selected cases were divided into two groups,with the control group carrying out routine postoperative care and the observation group carrying out postoperative rehabilitation care,and then the nursing effects of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of light touch,acupuncture sensation and movement in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The SAS score,SDS score,SF-36 score and nursing satisfaction score of the observation group were significantly higher,and there were significant statistical differences compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative rehabilitation nursing for patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury can promote the early recovery of limb function and obtain satisfactory nursing evaluation.
