情景模拟式微课在介入医学外周血管疾病住院医师规培中应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨情景模拟式微课教学方法在介入医学外周血管疾病住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法:选取某医院影像科2020级和2021级住院医师规范化培训学员30名,按照随机数字表法均分入研究组和对照组。研究组根据介入医学外周血管疾病教学要求采用情景模拟式微课教学,对照组采用传统的PPT教学模式,对比分析情景模拟式微课教学方法与传统教学方法在提升学习兴趣、教学效果、教师及学生教学感受方面的差异。结果:研究组学员成绩明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组学员对授课内容理解程度、课程感兴趣度、教师满意度和教学整体评价四个方面评价高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:科学的、合理的情景模拟式微课教学可使外周血管疾病介入治疗教学可视化,提高住院医师规范化培训学员的学习兴趣和主动性,帮助学员训练临床思维能力,为学生的可持续发展奠定基础。 Objective:To explore the significance of scenario-based microlearning method in the standardized training of interventional medical residents in peripheral vascular disease(PVD).Methods:Thirty residents from the Imaging Department of the Hospital of the University,class of 2020 and class of 2021,were selected and equally divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method.The scenario-based microlearning was used in the study group according to the teaching requirements of interventional medicine in PVD,while the traditional PPT teaching method was applied in the control group.Then the differences between the two methods in terms of enhancing learning interest,teaching effectiveness,and teachers'and students'feelings about teaching were compared and analyzed.Results:The test scores of residents in the study group were statistically significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Besides,the residents in the study group had a better understanding and were more interested in the teaching contents,and were more satisfied with the teachers and teaching level.The differences in evaluation indexes between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Scientific and reasonable scenario-based microlearning can visualize the teaching of peripheral vascular disease interventions,improve the learning interest and initiative of resident standardized training trainees,help trainees build up their thinking training ability,and lay the foundation for students'sustainable development.
