中医内分泌专业研究生培养模式探索与实践

Exploration and practice of postgraduate training mode of chinese medicine endocrinology

目的:探讨以素质教育为导向提高中医内分泌专业研究生教学质量的效果。方法:选取某校2019级和2020级中医内分泌专业研究生共42名,其中2019级20名学生采用传统的教学模式,2020级22名学生采用以提高综合素质为导向的新型培养模式,分别从加强基础知识、专业技能,提高临床能力,重视科研素养等几方面进行探索,并比较两组学生的理论知识成绩和技能考核成绩,统计学生对新型教育模式的满意度。结果:2020级学生的理论知识成绩和技能考核成绩均优于2019级学生(P<0.05),且80%以上的学生对新型培养模式满意,认为提高了他们的综合素质。结论:以素质教育为导向的中医内分泌专业研究生培养模式有利于学生综合素质的提高,能得到学生的认可,值得深入探索和推广。

Objective:To improve the teaching quality of Chinese medicine endocrinology graduate students under the guidance of quality education.Methods:A total of 42 Chinese medicine endocrinology graduate students of 2019 and 2020 were selected,of which 20 students of 2019 adopted the traditional teaching mode,and 22 students of 2020 adopted the new training mode guided by improving comprehensive quality.They explored from several aspects,such as strengthening basic knowledge,professional skills,improving clinical ability,and attaching importance to scientific research literacy,respectively,and compared the theoretical knowledge scores and skill assessment scores of the two groups of students,Statistics of students'satisfaction with the new education model.Results:The scores of theoretical knowledge and skill assessment of the students of Grade 2020 were better than those of the students of Grade 2019(P<0.05),and more than 80%of the students were satisfied with the new training mode,which improved their comprehensive quality.Conclusion:The training mode of TCM endocrinology graduate students oriented by quality education is not only conducive to the improvement of students'comprehensive quality,but also can be recognized and satisfied by students,which is worth further exploration and promotion.
