摘要
目的:探讨混合式教学在跨专业基础护理技术操作选修课中的实施方法及教学效果。方法:选取2019-2020学年基础护理技术操作选修学生,调查学生对课程的评价,并将学生操作考试成绩与同学期护理专业本科学生成绩进行比较。结果:35人中94.2%的学生对课程满意度在9分以上,54.3%的学生自觉收获很大,45.7%的学生自觉有一定收获,认为课程难易度、课程内容量、上课进度适中,理论讲解与操作练习时间分配、考核方式上还有待进一步改进。选修课学生操作考试成绩与同学期护理专业本科生相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在跨专业基础护理技术操作选修课中采用混合式教学得到学生的认可,教学效果较好,为以后开展跨专业护理教学提供了参考。
Objective:To investigate the implementation and teaching effect of blended teaching in the interprofessional basic nursing technical operation elective course.Methods:At the end of the basic nursing technical operation elective course in the fall semester of the 2019-2020 academic year,students'evaluations of the course were investigated,and the students'operation examination scores were compared with the scores of undergraduate nursing students in the same semester.Results:94.2%of the 35 students were satisfied with the course with a score of 9 or more,54.3%of the students felt they had gained a lot,45.7%felt they had gained something,the difficulty of the course,the amount of course content,the class schedule was moderate,and there was room for further improvement in the allocation of time between theoretical lectures and operational exercises and the assessment methods.There was no statistically significant difference(p>0.05)between the operation exam scores of the elective students and the undergraduate nursing students of the same semester.Conclusion:The use of hybrid teaching in the elective course of interprofessional basic nursing technique operation was recognized by students,and the teaching effect was good,which provided a reference for the future development of interprofessional nursing teaching.
