思维导图结合动机访谈对慢阻肺患者症状及应对行为的影响 被引量:2

Effects of mind mapping combined with motivational interview on symptoms and coping behavior in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

摘要 目的:探讨研究对慢阻肺(COPD)患者采用思维导图结合动机访谈对其的症状及其应对行为的影响。方法:选取某医院收治的82例慢阻肺患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(41例)和研究组(41例)。对照组患者给予常规的COPD护理干预,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予思维导图结合动机访谈的护理干预。对比两组COPD患者干预前、干预6个月后的血气及肺功能、应对行为及生活质量。结果:干预前,两组COPD患者的血气及肺功能比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组COPD患者MCMQ评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,研究组患者的PaO_(2)及FEV_(1)均明显高于对照组,而PaCO_(2)明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组COPD患者的MCMQ得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组COPD患者SF-36评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,研究组COPD患者的SF-36得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对COPD患者采取思维导图结合动机访谈的护理干预,可有效改善COPD患者的血气及肺气功能、应对行为及生活质量。 Objective:To investigate the effects of mind mapping combined with motivational interview on symptoms and coping behaviors of patients with COPD.Methods:82 patients with COPD admitted to our hospital were divided into control group(n=41)and study group(n=41)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine COPD nursing intervention,and the research group was given mind mapping combined with motivational interview nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Blood gas and lung function,coping behavior and quality of life of COPD patients were compared between the two groups before and 6 months after intervention.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in blood gas and lung function between the two groups of COPD patients(P>0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in MCMQ score between the two groups of COPD patients(P>0.05).After intervention,PaO_(2) and FEV_(1) in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group.PaCO_(2) was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the MCMQ score of COPD patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in THE SF-36 score between the two groups of COPD patients(P>0.05),but after intervention,the SF-36 score of COPD patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention of mind mapping combined with motivational interview can effectively improve blood gas and lung qigong energy,coping behavior and quality o f life in COPD patients.
