基于急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓后患者的社会现状及影响因素研究

A study based on the social status and influencing factors of patients after intravenous thrombolysis in acute ischemic stroke

目的:探讨急性缺血性脑卒中患者采用静脉溶栓治疗以后的社会现状,分析相关影响因素。方法:选择某医院接受静脉溶栓治疗的124例急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,采用Logistic回归分析确定急性缺血性脑卒中的危险性因素。结果:此次研究结果为124例患者社会支持总评分为(35.68±3.57)分、客观支持评分(9.67±1.49)分、主观支持(18.42±2.75)分、支持利用度(8.19±1.71)分。性别、家庭收入以及肢体障碍等因素都是影响急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓后社会支持的主要因素,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性缺血性脑卒中患者采取静脉溶栓治疗具有显著效果,性别、家庭收入以及肢体障碍等因素会影响患者社会功能,为此建议医护人员对于此类患者的身心健康以及心理护理加以重视。

Objective:To analyze and investigate the social status of acute ischemic stroke patients after using intravenous thrombolytic therapy and analyze the related influencing factors.Methods:Patients with acute ischemic stroke who received intravenous thrombolytic therapy in hospital were selected as the study subjects,and the number of cases was 124,and logistic regression analysis was used to determine the risk factors of acute ischemic stroke.Results:The results of this study were 124 patients with total social support score(35.68±3.57),objective support score(9.67±1.49),subjective support(18.42±2.75),and support utilization(8.19±1.71).Gender,family income,and physical impairment were the main factors affecting social support after intravenous thrombolysis in acute ischemic stroke,and the obtained values were significantly different P<0.05 for comparison.Conclusion:The treatment of acute ischemic stroke patients with intravenous thrombolysis has a significant effect,and factors such as gender,family income and physical impairme nt can affect the social function of patients.
