摘要
超声心动图是评估右心室功能的手段之一,通过超声心动图的方式对患者术后右心室功能指标的测量,有利于临床医生更准确地进一步治疗。传统超声技术中右心室心肌做功指数(myocardial performance index,MPI)、右心室面积变化分数(right ventricular fractional area change,RVFAC)、三尖瓣环收缩期位移(tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion,TAPSE)和三尖瓣环收缩期速度(S’)等指标对右心室功能的判断有一定局限性,新的超声心动图技术利用三维成像优势可对右心室纵向应变进行测量,有助于工作人员更整体、全面地去评估右心室功能,本文就右心室超声心动图的特征及近年来检测右心室功能技术的变化进行综述。
In recent years,many assessments of right ventricular function have been developed.Cardiac intensive care unit physicians measure patients’postoperative right ventricular function indicators by echocardiography,and further treatment is more accurate.Some traditional indicators,including myocardial performance index(MPI),right ventricular fractional area change(RVFAC),tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion(TAPSE)and S’have certain limitations in judging right ventricular function.The new echocardiography technology can measure the longitudinal strain of the right ventricle by using the advantages of three-dimensional imaging,which helps us to have a more overall and To comprehensively assess right ventricular function,we will discuss the characteristics of right ventricular echocardiography and the recent changes in techniques for measuring right ventricular function.
