摘要
本文针对某电解铝企业覆盖料中氧化铝含量偏低的现象,采用添加氧化铝的方式研究了覆盖料中氧化铝含量对其保温性能和残极下槽时空腔大小的影响。结果表明,覆盖料中氧化铝含量从20%~25%增加到43.5%~47.5%之后,电解槽建立新的热平衡后,试验槽上部散热减少了83 mV,侧下部散热增加了16 mV,总散热减少了67 mV,平均电压降低了41 mV,折合吨铝节电123 kWh。覆盖料中氧化铝含量在20%~50%左右时,残极下槽形成的空腔高度较小且整体没有明显差异,但氧化铝含量达到60%左右时,空腔明显增大。最后综合试验结果,得出覆盖料中氧化铝含量在40%~50%较为合适。
Aiming at the phenomenon that the alumina content in the covering material of an aluminum smelter is low,the influence of the alumina content in the covering material on its thermal insulation performance and the size of cavity under the butt is studied by adding alumina.The results show that after the alumina content in the covering material is increased from 20%~25%to 43.5%~47.5%,the heat dissipation from the upper part of the test aluminum reduction cell is reduced by 83 mV after a new heat balance is established,the heat dissipation from the lower part of the side is increased by 16 mV,the total heat dissipation is reduced by 67 mV,and the average voltage is reduced by 41 mV,equivalent to 123 kWh of electricity saving per ton of aluminum.When the alumina content in the covering material is about 20%~50%,the height of the cavity formed by the lower groove of butts is small and there is no obvious difference as a whole,but when the alumina content reaches about 60%,the cavity is obviously larger.Finally,the comprehensive test results indicate that it's appropriate for the alumina content in the covering material to be 40%~50%.
