摘要
铝电解槽在生产过程中内衬破损导致电解槽从侧部,钢棒窗口,端部的部位渗漏电解质,严重时发生漏炉事故进而使其停槽。本文针对生产中出现的相关事例,探讨如何从内衬施工工艺进行优化改进来进一步提高槽寿命。
The damaged lining during the production process of aluminum reduction cells will lead to bath leakage from the side,steel bar and end of the aluminum reduction cell.In serious cases,the bath leakage accident occurs and the aluminum reduction cell is shut down.This paper discusses how to optimize and improve the lining construction process to further extend the service life of aluminum reduction cells.
