多功能小型文化服务综合体设计方法探析

RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN METHODOLOGY OF MULTIFUNCTIONAL SMALL CULTURAL SERVICE COMPLEXES

随着基层精神文明建设的开展,小型文化服务综合体因经济性、多功能及专业度要求低等特征获得广泛应用和推广。集约化背景对该类型建筑提出了“一室多用”的设计要求。文章从通用性与可变性的设计策略入手,通过案例分析,对空间设计手法与技术手段进行理论梳理和总结,讨论不同限制条件下空间多功能利用的方法与途径,为多功能小型文化服务综合体的设计、应用和推广提供思路和参考。

With the development of grassroots spiritual civilization,small cultural service complexes are widely used and promoted because of their economy,multi-functionality and low professionalism requirements.The context of intensification has put forward the design requirement of"one room for multiple uses"for this type of building.This paper starts from the design strategies of universality and variability,theoretically composes and summarizes the spatial design and technical methods through case studies,discusses the methods and approaches of multi-functional use of space under different constraints,and provides ideas and references for the design,application and promotion of multifunctional small cultural service complexes.
