摘要 介绍热轧盘螺HRB400E生产工艺优化过程,通过调整风机开启数量、保温罩等措施,对4种方案进行力学性能及金相组织对比,确定最优方案,实现细化晶粒、组织均匀,保证盘螺强度和韧性符合国家标准,达到降低合金成本的目的。应用该工艺生产的盘螺具有强度高、工艺性能好、焊接性能优良等特点,同时降低了微合金元素比例,提高了产品竞争力。 To introduce production process optimization of hot rolled spiral screw steel HRB400E. By adjusting the number of fans and thermal insulation cover,the mechanical properties and microstructure of four schemes are compared,and optimal scheme is determined. To achieve grain refinement and uniform structure,ensure strength and toughness of hot rolled spiral screw steel HRB400E meet national standards,and achieve the purpose of reducing alloy cost. After application of the process technology,spiral screw steel HRB400E has characteristics of high strength,good process performance and excellent welding performance. At the same time,it can reduce microalloyed elements proportion and improve products competitiveness.
