摘要
拉丝机减速机由于高速级传动轴安装同心度问题造成减速机高速级齿轮副、轴承、联轴器等部件频繁损坏,拉丝机整机运行速度慢,直接影响钢丝产量。通过详细分析其故障原因,针对性地改进减速机高速级传动方式,优化设计锥齿轮及带轮等零部件,综合考虑安装问题,对减速机高速级传动机构进行了优化设计及改进。优化改进后,设备可靠性大大提高,减速机维修工作量降低。设备运行速度的提高保证了其配套的钢绞线生产线的正常生产。
Due to installation concentricity of high speed drive shaft,the high speed gear pair,bearing,coupling and other components of wire drawing machine reducer are frequently damaged,and wire drawing machine running speed is slow,which directly affects steel wire output. Through detailed analysis of fault causes,high speed transmission mode of reducer is improved,bevel gear and belt pulley are optimized,and installation problem is comprehensively considered. The high speed transmission mechanism of reducer is optimized and improved. After optimization and improvement,the reliability of equipment is greatly improved and maintenance workload of reducer is reduced. Equipment running speed improvement ensures normal production of strand production line.
