To introduce revision of new national standard for PC steel strand and green manufacturing process of surface treatment and steel wire for PC steel strand drawing,studies and judges environmental protection policy,energy law and energy saving and water saving design specifications,and analyzes energy consumption and cost of surface treatment process.Through data comparison,it is recommended to use mechanical descaling and intelligent direct drive wire drawing machine to meet national dual carbon strategic policy.
