摘要 ML20MnTiB热轧盘条生产10.9级高强度螺栓,冷镦时发生开裂,分析开裂样品发现连铸坯表面针孔缺陷是造成开裂的主要原因。分析针孔缺陷影响因素并优化连铸保护浇铸工艺,连铸坯表面质量得到明显改善,经用户批量使用,未发现因针孔缺陷造成的开裂。 Grade 10.9 high strength bolts produced by ML20MnTiB hot rolled wire rod are cracked during cold heading.It is found that pinhole defect on continuous casting billet surface is the main cause of cracking.The influencing factors of pinhole defects were analyzed and continuous casting protective casting process was optimized.Surface quality of continuous casting billet was significantly improved.After extensive use by users,no cracks caused by pinhole defects were found.
