摘要
为了提高资源节约型产品的创新设计效率,提出了一种基于TRIZ矛盾解决原理的资源节约型产品设计方法。首先,根据3R原则的基本内容归类绿色设计及其发展的资源节约方法,通过比较分析其特点,归纳总结出五类产品资源节约类型;其次,根据TRIZ矛盾解决原理,明确各类产品资源节约类型所对应的待改善的工程参数,在根里奇·阿奇舒勒矛盾矩阵的基础上形成仅适用于解决资源节约型产品设计问题的“5×48矛盾矩阵”,构建解决资源节约型产品设计问题流程模型,最后融合设计学理论完善解决方案。通过资源节约型肥皂盒设计验证了该方法的可行性与有效性,为高效解决资源节约型产品设计问题提供了启发。
In order to improve the innovative design efficiency of resource-saving products, a method based on the TRIZ contradictory solution principle is proposed. First, according to the content of the 3R principle, green design and the resource-saving methods for its development are classified, and the five resource-saving types are summarized through comparative analysis of their characteristics. Secondly, according to the TRIZ contradiction solution principle, the engineering parameters that need to be improved corresponding to various resource-saving types are clarified. On the basis of Archischule contradiction matrix, this paper forms a "5×48 contradiction matrix" that is only suitable for solving the resource-saving product design problem, and builds a process model to solve the problem of resource-saving product design. Finally, the relevant theories of design are used to refine the solution. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by the design of resource-saving soap boxes, providing inspiration for efficiently solving resource-saving product design problems.
