DFC理念在建筑装饰BIM中的应用研究

Study on the Application of DFC Concept in Architectural Decoration BIM

为了解决现实中建筑装饰成本经常超过建筑装饰BIM预算的问题,更好地帮助设计师设计出既能满足建筑装饰空间环境需求,又能合理降低建设成本的建筑装饰空间。本文采用案例分析法,探讨并总结了DFC理念在建筑装饰BIM中的应用现状与意义,从作业成本分析、参数化动态变量模块的应用和工程量统计三方面探讨DFC理念在BIM案例中的优化,发现DFC理念的设计思维对建筑装饰项目的全生命周期成本节约有积极的作用,对揭示设计思维与项目成本规律有重要意义,为今后建筑装饰行业数字化转型提供思路。

In order to solve the realistic problem that the building decoration cost often exceeds the building decoration BIM budget,and to better help designers to design building decoration spaces that can meet the requirements of the building decoration space environment while reasonably reducing the cost, this paper adopts the case study method to explore and summarize the current situation and significance of the application of the DFC concept in architectural decoration BIM, discusses the optimization of the DFC concept in BIM cases from three aspects: building cost analysis, application of parametric dynamic variable module and project volume statistics, and finds that the design thinking of the DFC concept has a positive effect on the whole life cycle cost saving of architectural decoration projects, which is of great significance in revealing the relationship between design thinking and project cost law and providing ideas for the future digital transformation of the building decoration industry.
