从残奥赛场到生活日常的无障碍设计启示

Inspiration for Accessibility Design: From Paralympics to Daily Life

随着我国老龄化社会进程以及残障群体的增多,建设符合我国国情的无障碍环境势在必行。本文基于国际残奥委员会无障碍设计标准及实践体系之下,以文献检索法整理历届残奥会概况,梳理从残奥赛场到生活日常之间无障碍的内在关联,探析出确保残奥赛场通达的无障碍标准,也是日常推广无障碍建设的示范样本。本文围绕无障碍的设计领域、迭代升级、科技创新展开探讨,尝试为未来无障碍设计提供理论研究。无障碍设计必将由初始的无障碍建筑物理空间逐步向建构广义的、平等的无障碍的理想社会转变。

With China’s aging and disabled populations growing, it has become imperative to build an accessible environment in line with the country’s conditions. Based on the International Paralympic Committee’s Accessibility Guide and its practical applications,this paper looks at previous Paralympic Games using the literature review method, sorting out the correlations of barrier-free designs between the Paralympic Games and daily life, and explores the accessibility standards that ensure the inclusiveness of the Paralympic Games. It also serves as a demonstrative sample for the facilitation of accessible architecture in everyday life. Focusing on accessible designs in construction, iterative upgrades throughout the years, and scientific and technological innovations, this article tries to provide a theoretical basis for accessible designs in the future. Accessible designs will gradually transform from the architectural implications of a barrier-free space to a more generalized and universal ideal of building an accessible society beyond physical space.
