摘要
随着新一代信息技术的发展,大数据技术已在很多领域有了广泛的应用。针对产品质量信息管理存在的问题,基于大数据的基本内涵和特点,研究了基于大数据的产品质量信息管理系统。围绕产品质量设计、分析、管理和改进等过程的数据存储、处理和分析的需求,构建了集产品数据管理、综合质量数据分析和经验知识数据库管理等功能的大数据系统。其覆盖产品设计、研发、检验与试验和维修保障的全过程,能够以高效的大数据服务技术手段来支撑产品质量数据管理,促进产品质量可靠性根本性提升,并为决策层从整体上把握产品质量提供决策支撑。
With the development of the new generation of information technology, big data technology has been widely used in many fields. In view of the problems existing in product quality information management, based on the basic connotation and characteristics of big data, the product quality information management system based on big data is studied. Focusing on the data storage, processing, and analysis requirements of product quality design, analysis, management, improvement and other processes, and a big data system that integrates product data management, comprehensive quality data analysis, and experience knowledge database management is built. The system covers the entire process of product design, development, inspection and testing, and maintenance support, and can support product quality data management with efficient big data service technical means, promote the fundamental improvement of product quality and reliability, and provide decision support for the decision-making layer to grasp the product quality as a whole.
