以电连接器为研究对象,通过总结,归纳出电连接器在实际运用和试验过程中出现的失效状况,探究出其具体的失效机理及失效物理模型。根据失效机理及其结构特征、失效物理模型,并借鉴前期已有的研究成果,引出了汽车电连接器的失效物理方程,确定了汽车电连接器的寿命模型。

Taking the electrical connector as the research object,by summarizing the failure conditions of the electrical connector in the actual application and the experimental process,its specific failure mechanism and the failure physical model are explored.According to the failure mechanism,its structural characteristics,the failure physical model,and the previous research result,the failure physical equation of the automotive electrical connector is put forward,and the life model of the automotive electrical connector is determined.
