摘要 总结舒适型高强防割织物的设计开发技术。分析了影响织物防割性能的因素。通过不同纤维、纱线结构、纱线线密度、织物组织、织物单位面积质量的配置,设计开发并测试对比了一系列防割面料的防割性能和刺痒感。结果表明:以UHMWPE纤维为主体材料,配伍锦纶、不锈钢金属丝,采用双层包覆纱体结构、线密度为66 tex、二上二下加强斜纹组织、单位面积质量320 g/m2的织物,其防割指数20.4,达到5级要求,刺痒分值320,且透气性良好。认为:设计开发的织物具有优异的防割性能和良好的服用舒适性。 Design and development technology of comfort high strength anti-cutting fabric were summarized.Factors affecting the anti-cutting fabric were analyzed.Anti-cutting property and scratchiness of a series of anticutting fabric were developed and tested through selecting different fiber,yarn structure,yarn linear density,fabric weave,fabric mass per unit area.The results showed that fabric with UHMWPE fiber as main material,using polyamide and stainless steel wire,adopting double-coated yarn structure with linear density 66 tex,two-up and twodown reinforced twill,mass per unit area was 320 g/m2,the anti-cutting index was 20.4 which reaching the requirements of 5 grade,the scratchiness score was 320 and the air permeability was better.It is considered that the fabric has excellent anti-cutting property and better wearing comfort.
