摘要
探讨聚酰亚胺耐高温过滤材料的研究进展。介绍了聚酰亚胺纤维的特性。分析了聚酰亚胺短纤维过滤毡、聚酰亚胺静电纺丝纳米纤维膜以及聚酰亚胺纸基过滤材料的结构与应用领域,总结了聚酰亚胺过滤材料的发展现状。指出:聚酰亚胺短纤维过滤毡的孔隙分布均匀,性价比高,是目前工业过滤的较优方案;聚酰亚胺纳米纤维膜过滤性能优异,但其机械性能较差且成本过高,多用于核心过滤层;聚酰亚胺纸基过滤材料的耐高温性优异,绝缘性好,但对其在高温空气过滤领域的研究尚在起步阶段。
Research progress of polyimide high temperature resistant filtration material was discussed.Property of polyimide fiber was introduced.Structure and application field of polyimide staple fiber filtration felt,polyimide electrospinning nanofiber membrane and polyimide paper-based filtration material were analyzed.Development status of polyimide filtration material was summarized.It is pointed out that polyimide staple fiber filtration felt is a better solution for industrial filtration at present because of its uniform pore distribution and higher cost property.Polyimide nanofiber membrane has excellent filtration property,but its mechanical property are worse and its cost is higher,mostly used for core filter layer.Polyimide paper based filtration material has excellent higher temperature resistance and better insulation,but its research in the field of high temperature air filtration is still in infancy.
