摘要 探讨氧化铝长丝织物的开发技术。介绍了氧化铝纤维的规格、性能和应用领域;以一款氧化铝长丝平纹织物为例,总结了相关的开发技术。针对氧化铝长丝的性能,对GA747⁃II型剑杆织机进行改造,并优化了工艺参数。采取一系列技术措施,包括简化经纱通道,采用圆形筘齿钢筘,适当控制引纬张力和经纱张力等,不仅保证了氧化铝长丝织物的顺利织造,而且成品织物表面平整光洁,纹路清晰。认为:采取针对性的技术措施和优化工艺,是保证氧化铝长丝织物顺利开发的关键。 Development technology of alumina filament fabric was discussed.Specification,property and application field of alumina fiber were introduced.Alumina filament plain fabric was taken as an example,the related development technologies were summarized.According to property of alumina filament,GA747-II rapier loom was modified and process parameters were optimized.A series of technology measures were taken,including simplifying warp passage,adopting metal reed with circular reed dent,properly controlling weft insertion tension and warp tension,which not only ensure successful weaving of alumina filament fabric,but also the surface of the finished fabric was smooth and clean,the texture was clear.It is considered that taking targeted technology measures and optimizing process are the keys to ensure successful development of alumina filament fabric.
