90kW水空中冷式燃气发电机性能测试分析

摘要 开发小型燃气分布式能源系统可有效降低设备初期投资,扩大应用场合。以改造的某国产90 kW水空中冷式燃气发电机为研究对象,搭建了燃气发电机测试平台和选择性催化还原技术烟气脱硝测试平台,研究了不同负荷率下的发电效率、稳态电压、电流频率及烟气脱硝效率等参数的变化情况。研究结果表明,采用水空中冷方式的该发电机发电效率可达到36.12%,较常规同规模燃气发电机发电效率增加约3个百分点,得到了发电效率与负荷率之间的拟合方程,且燃气发电机输出的额定电压和电流频率满足供电质量标准。经过脱硝处理后,烟气中NO_(x)排放质量浓度稳定在41 mg/m^(3),脱硝效率超过95%。 It has been an important method to develop small-scale natural gas distributed energy system by means of reducing the capital cost as well as adapting to more application scenarios.A domestic 90 kW gas engine electricity unit with a water-air intercooler scheme was focused.The performance analysis platform and flue gas denigration test platform by investigating power generation efficiency,steady-state voltage,current frequency variations,and flue gas denigration efficiency were established.Results show that by means of a water-air intercooler scheme,the power generation efficiency of this engine could be up to 36.12%,which is about an increase by 3 percentage points by comparison with the traditional gas engine,and the fitting equation of the generating efficiency with the load rate of the unit was obtained.The output rated voltage and current frequency meet the standard.After denigration,the NO_(x) emission content in flue gas is stable at 41 mg/m^(3),and the denigration efficiency is more than 95%.
