摘要
塔架式软刚臂单点系泊系统的系泊能力是浮式生产储油装置(FPSO)持续安全作业的关键。软刚臂单点系泊系统通过多个铰接结构共同作用释放的多自由度实现FPSO的系泊定位。针对软刚臂单点系泊系统中铰接结构的多体自由度运动特性问题,参考BZ-28-2S单点系泊系统数据资料,选取不同工况下铰接结构的受力数据,采用有限元ANSYS分析软件对铰接结构的强度和刚度进行分析。结合有限元分析结果,在满足单点系泊装置相关规范要求的条件下,验证了铰接结构设计尺寸及材料选取的合理性。
The mooring capacity of the soft yoke mooring system with a tower-type is the key to the continuous safe operation of floating production storage&offloading(FPSO).The soft yoke mooring system realizes the mooring positioning of FPSO through multiple freedom released by the joint action of multiple hinge structures.For the multi-body freedom motion characteristics of hinge structures in the soft yoke mooring system,refer to BZ-28-2S soft yoke mooring system,stress data of hinge structure under different working conditions were selected,and the strength and stiffness of hinge structure were analyzed by ANSYS finite element analysis software.Combined with the analysis results,the rationality and economy of the design size and material selection of hinge structure were verified under the condition of meeting the relevant specifications of the soft yoke mooring system.
