植物纤维覆膜制品风险物质分析

Analysis and Research of Harmful Substances in Plant Fiber Laminated Products

在总结了食品接触用植物纤维制品风险物质研究现状的基础上,以餐饮行业常见的植物纤维覆膜制品为研究对象,通过对重金属铅、砷、锑(Pb、As、Sb)、荧光性物质、邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs)、溶剂残留量、微生物限量、三氯甲烷提取物六种有害物质的检测结果,总结了植物纤维覆膜制品中影响人体健康的风险物质,并进行了风险分析,提出了食品接触用植物纤维覆膜制品正确使用建议。

On the basis of summarizing the research status of risk substances of plant fiber products used in food contact,this paper takes plant fiber laminated products common in catering industry as the research object.Based on the detection results of six kinds of harmful substance including heavy metal lead,arsenic,antimony(Pb,As,Sb),fluorescent substances,phthalates(PAEs),residual solvent,microbial limits and trichloromethane extract,the risk substances affecting human health in plant fiber laminated products were summarized and analyzed.Suggestions on proper use of plant fiber laminated products for food contact were put forward.
