摘要
为了研究R22、R410A、R290、R1234ze(E)和R32这5种制冷剂的循环特性和在文丘里分流器中的分配特性,本文分析了5种制冷剂在变工况下的循环性能系数和压缩机排气温度,并通过CFD仿真研究了各制冷剂在文丘里分流器中的分配特性,包括各出口管与中心线夹角对分流效果的影响,各制冷剂的分配特性随入口参数的变化规律。结果表明,文丘里分流器的各出口管与中心线的夹角宜为60°,相比于20°,不均匀度约降低23.31%,且各制冷剂的分流效果随入口干度的降低和入口质量流量的增加而提升,入口干度每降低0.05,不均匀度约下降14.17%,入口质量流量每增加0.5倍,不均匀度约下降54.12%;在对R22的替换上,应优先考虑R1234ze(E)和R290。
Aiming at the circulation characteristics and the distribution characteristics of five refrigerants(R22,R410A, R290, R1234ze(E), R32) in Venturi distributor, the cycle coefficient of performance and compressor exhaust temperature of five refrigerants under the different working condition were calculated, and the distribution characteristics of five refrigerants in Venturi distributor is studied by CFD. It includes the influence of the angle between the outlet pipe and the center line of Venturi distributor on the distribution of five refrigerants and the distribution characteristics of each refrigerant with the change of inlet parameters. The results show that for Venturi distributor, the angle between each outlet pipe and the center line should be 60°, compared with 20°, the unevenness was reduced by 23.31%, and the distribution efficiency of each refrigerant increases with the decrease of inlet quality and the increase of inlet mass flow rate, for every 0.05 decrease of inlet quality, the unevenness decreases by 14.17%, and for every 0.5 time increase of mass flow rate, the unevenness decreases by 54.12%. On the replacement of R22, priority should be given to R1234ze(E) and R290.
