摘要
提出一种基于方向电流保护契合度的广域后备保护算法,在电网故障运行情况下通过电流保护动作权重值和保护装置实际动作状态来构建保护动作期望函数;在电网正常运行情况下通过电流保护权重值、故障位置的概率以及保护装置理论动作状态来构建保护动作适应度函数。通过将保护动作期望函数和保护动作适应度函数相除后得到电流保护契合度,通过契合度值来判断故障线路。最后在电磁暂态仿真软件PSCAD(Power Systems Computer Aided Design)中通过双端电源供电系统和IEEE14节点主动配电网对该算法的正确性进行了验证。
A wide area backup protection algorithm based on directional current protection fit was proposed.The expected function of protection action was constructed by the weight value of current protection action and the actual action state of protection device under the condition of power grid fault operation.Under the condition of normal operation of power grid,the fitness function of protection operation is constructed by the weight value of current protection,the probability of fault location and the theoretical operation state of protection device.The fit of current protection was obtained by dividing the expected function of protection action by the fitness function of protection action,and the fault line was judged by the fit value.Finally,in Power Systems Computer Aided Design(PSCAD),the correctness of the algorithm is verified by the dual-terminal power supply system and IEEE14 node active distribution network.
